Introduction

CAGE is an online platform providing high quality and valuable tools for beginners and advanced traders aiming to enhance their trading experience and upgrade their knowledge and understanding of the financial markets.

CAGE provides access—via logged-in accounts and paid plans—to educational content, market analyses and community channels (including a Telegram group) as described on our “Our Plans” page.

CAGE provides interactive widgets with all tools to help traders make better trading decisions. Its dashboard includes economic calendar, forex cross rates, forex heat map, stock screener, cryptocurrency markets, stock markets, pip calculator, position size calculator and sentiment. CAGE provides consultancy on various matters including technical consulting on trading systems and the opportunity for traders to interact with other trading investors. CAGE strategies and stress-tested signals aim to improve traders’ activity. Any third-parties either individual physical or legal person whose material are displayed on the CAGE website retain ownership of all their intellectual property rights for their material.

These terms of use apply to your use of the CAGE website, our services and operation of CAGE accounts. You need to ensure that you have familiarised yourself with these terms prior to using the CAGE website. By entering the CAGE website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms. CAGE may change these terms from time to time and at any time by posting the amended terms on the website. All changes will become effective from the date that they are posted and shall be deemed to have been accepted by all users of the CAGE website as from the time and date that they are posted. The user of the website is under the obligation to read and accept the Terms and Conditions prior to proceeding.

In these terms, any reference to https://cagefxconsulting.com shall be made to “CAGE Services”, “CAGE”, “us”, “we”, “our”, or our “Website”.

Any reference to “Users”, “you” or “your”, shall mean any user and/or visitor to the CAGE website who might be interested in the material, information, services and products provided through the CAGE website.

How CAGE works

Users must register an account and then select a plan (Standard, Premium or Elite) to access the paid services (collectively, the “CAGE Plans”). Registration is required before purchasing a subscription. Current plan options and headline features are described below and on the “Our Plans” page:

CAGE’s Technical Analysis signals have well defined and supported entry and exit levels. Certain plans include specific daily/stock technical analysis volumes as shown above.

Courses & Educational Material:

Quality and interactive trading courses and webinars approved by regulated bodies. The number of educational courses/webinars/videos included varies by plan (see above).

Widgets & Tools:

CAGE provides interactive widgets to help you make better trading decisions (e.g., economic calendar, forex cross rates, forex heat map, stock screener, cryptocurrency markets, stock markets, pip calculator, position size calculator and sentiment.), available via your dashboard subject to your plan.

Community/Telegram:

Access to the Telegram Group is included across plans, per the Plans page.

In order to get access to CAGE’s services you shall follow the following steps:

  1. Select a Plan: Choose Standard, Premium or Elite and enter your payment details (after registering/logging in).
  2. Sign Up: Create an account using your email address and set-up your password.
  3. Access Tools: Sign in to your account and explore our unique and interactive dashboard. You must be registered to purchase a subscription.

Any third-party may visit the CAGE Website and view publicly available pages; access to paid content and tools requires registration and an active plan.

CAGE offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Subscription account terms

Your CAGE account (under any plan) may only be used by a single natural person unless CAGE expressly consents in writing to account sharing or multi-user access. CAGE might request for confirmation in order to allow multiple users to use a single profile.

Payment, refunds, upgrading and downgrading

A valid payment method is required to purchase any paid plan.

Purchases are made after you register/log in and select your plan and term (currently 1, 3, 6 or 12 months), and fees are payable in advance.

All paid plans are billed in advance for the selected term and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

If you fail to renew your plan at the end of the prepaid term, your account will remain on record but paid features will cease until you purchase a new term.

If you downgrade to a lower plan, no refunds are provided; the downgrade takes effect when we receive written notice, and features/content may be lost. CAGE does not accept liability for such loss.

Cancellation and termination

You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your CAGE account and/or any paid plan. Any intention for cancellation will have to be communicated to CAGE in writing by your email/correspondence method of your choice (as per your account settings). A phone request to cancel your account is not considered valid.

All of your paid CAGE benefits will be immediately ceased upon cancellation.

If you cancel a paid plan prior to the expiration of your current paid up period, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. CAGE will not make any refunds in case of cancellations.

CAGE in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your CAGE Account and refuse any and all current or future use of your CAGE account for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. CAGE reserves the right to refuse CAGE Account to anyone for any reason at any time.

CAGE reserves the right at their sole discretion to terminate and/or cancel a CAGE Account (of any plan) in case this Account is reported by any other third party. In case a CAGE Account is reported, each case will be considered individually and at CAGE’s sole discretion.

Modifications to the service and prices

CAGE reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, its service (or any part thereof, including any plan features) with or without notice.

Prices of all services, including but not limited to those mentioned on the CAGE’s website for the specific plans, are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the CAGE’s website.

CAGE shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of CAGE or any plan.

No investment advice or professional recommendations

Trading Strategies, Signals, Indicators, Technical Analysis, Courses, Educational Material, Services and guidance should not be taken as a plea or suggestion to buy nor a proposal to sell. Any recommendations included are for educational purposes and do not constitute tailored advice; instead, they are deemed generalized.

Disputing amounts

If you believe that a mistake has been made in relation to amounts charged by us, you must notify us in writing at least 10 business days after receiving our invoice. CAGE will acknowledge in writing receipt of your request to investigate within 10 business days of your notice to us. Our acknowledgment will specify an indicative timeframe for completing the investigation.

Upon completion of the investigation, should it be determined a refund is required either all or in part, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days of such completion.

Please be aware that you may lose your ability to challenge the charge if you don’t tell CAGE of a dispute within the 10 business days.

By filing a dispute, you consent to work with CAGE through the whole inquiry process, offering any further details or supporting material required to settle the matter.

Suspension or termination of access to website

You acknowledge that CAGE may terminate, suspend or restrict your access to the website at any time at our absolute discretion.

Entire agreement

Survival

Headings

No waiver

No delay, neglect or forbearance in taking enforcement action in relation to any provision of these terms by CAGE will be a waiver, or in any way prejudice any right, of that party.

Severability
If any part of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remainder of these terms will remain in full force and have full effect.

Subcontracting
CAGE may subcontract to any third party all or part of our rights and obligations under these terms.

Governing Law

These terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Both you and CAGE irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms or its subject matter or formation.

Notices

CAGE will send relevant invoices and notices, if and as required under these terms to the email address nominated by you.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep us informed of any changes to your contact details.

You will be deemed to have received a notice sent by email at the time that CAGE sends it.

Amendments

CAGE reserves the right to change these terms from time to time. All material changes will be published on our website. The agreement as amended will take effect from the date the relevant amendments are published on our website.

It is your duty to check the website from time to time for any revisions to these terms. You agree to the updated terms if you keep using the website and services after such changes are made.
